Wipe Out Clutter - June's Solutions


CREATE AN ERRANDS BOX. In it put books and videos that need to be returned, items to be repaired, dry cleaning, etc. Then, just grab it on your way out the door.

THINK OF YOUR RETURN. Take an extra minute to make your bed and put everything back in its place before you leave for the day. Get the kids in the habit of doing this, too. When you leave your office each day, do the same thing with your desktop. When your desk is clear, you are clear mentally and emotionally.

USE BANKERS' BOXES TO GET A GRIP. Put clutter - clothes, papers, toys - into them, stack them against a wall and label each one. Seeing your clutter in boxes instead of on the floor will make you feel better instantly. When you have a few minutes, you can tackle them one at a time.

POST-ITS 25TH ANNIVERSARY - June's tips

“I love using different color post-it notes in 3x3 size to create filing systems for my clients. We use the different colors to signify the umbrella categories, subcategories and sub-sub categories, and even the names of the file folders as we are talking thru/processing how to form the filing systems. Using them helps since I can must move around the locations of the file folders and move the labels around to suit the system as I'm formulating it!!! I include the POST-ITS in necessary supplies to pick up before a first session, too!!!!

Thank you to whomever invented Post-Its … I am grateful and thank you everyday as they are an important tool that I use for my business!!!!!
I also love the new different shapes/sizes such as hearts and stars … they make life fun and I’m happy using them!"
